Grace Weisiger, Managing Partner

Grace Weisiger grew up in Charlotte, NC where she was first exposed to entrepreneurship through her 4th generation family business, Weisiger Group (formerly Carolina Tractor & Equipment). The business was founded in 1926 by her great-grandfather, Les Weisiger, as a Caterpillar dealership and has since evolved into a holding company involved in construction, material handling, real estate, and technology investments. As a young child, she remembers visiting the office with her dad on weekends, learning about the different machines in the yard, and interacting with employees and customers.

While earning her bachelor’s degree at the University of Georgia, she began working for Bumble, a technology startup. At the time, the company hadn’t launched yet, but she was willing to take the risk because she believed in the mission of the company - to empower women in dating, friendship, and business. Grace spent over 6 years working on the business - primarily focused on marketing, strategy, and operations. She managed community marketing teams across 12 countries throughout her time at the company, but was primarily focused on growing North America. Bumble became one of the fastest growing tech companies in the US and went public in 2021 at a $7.6B market cap.

After her time at Bumble, Grace was eager to discover her next chapter. She earned her MBA at University of Pennsylvania’s Wharton School and further learned about entrepreneurship through acquisition which led to the creation of Willow Hill.

Outside of Willow Hill, Grace continues to serve on the Board of Advisors of her family business and consults for high growth and early stage tech companies. She additionally enjoys traveling, skiing, playing golf and pickleball, and spending time with her family and her dog, Tux.

She is excited to partner with an accomplished business owner to take their company to the next level.
